Miami 21 to 2100 - Community Feedback Requested via Online Form

ULI Workshop - Miami 21 to 2100 - February 12th, 2022

We want to hear from you if you have thoughts about how the City of Miami’s zoning code could be improved.

The Young Leader's Group South Florida, within the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean Chapter, hosted an in-person workshop to discuss the Miami 21 Zoning Code on February 12th, 2022. If you wcould notattend, there is still a chance to provide feedback through this online comment form through Wednesday, February 15th.

The City of Miami Commission declared a Climate Emergency in November 2019, and in 2021 committed to community-wide Carbon-neutrality by 2050. The Zoning Code has extensive effects on how we live, how we move, where we build, and the materials used. This has direct implications on the ability of our region to meet stated Greenhouse Gas emission goals and the future livability, resilience, and sustainability of Miami and the South Florida region.
