188 Aventura Centre is located in the burgeoning Ojus community a central location in Aventura. The project looks to fill a gap in A Class office space for the area which has seen tremendous retail and condo growth. Dixie Highway runs north to south parallel to Biscayne Boulevard the major corridor in the area. It is only a few blocks away from Aventura Mall as well as a proposed Tri-Rail station. 

 

The project includes 9,000 SF of ground floor commercial to serve the buildings tenants and the surrounding community. There are a private luxurious lobby and a ground floor parking area for guests. There are 120,000 SF of offices spread across eight floors. The second-floor offices ave very interesting sectional qualities with a tall ceiling in the rear and double height spaces in the front. This will create a very impressive office space. 

 

The fifth floor includes a 1,700 SF tenant lounge with the outdoor seating area. Each of the units on this level also includes private outdoor spaces. The ceiling heights are 12'8" for floors five, through eight. Office floor plans are up to 21,000 SF. 

 

Additionally, a ninth floor sky deck offers an additional option for relaxation, meetings or a unique location to work.
