This project offers a mixed-use composition as Wynwood continues developing into a live-work-play-learn community. The ground-level commercial space takes advantage of the Woonerf along NW 1st place, a pedestrian-centric street. The basement speakeasy offers an intimate space to enjoy live music and handcrafted cocktails. The lower three levels include offices with large outdoor covered terraces. Four levels of repeating residential units are topped with an extra tall penthouse floor. A mix of unit sizes offers a range of options. The rooftop includes a gym, lounge, relaxation terrace, and a pool.
