The is project creates an entirely new urban neighborhood adjacent to the existing Coral Springs Florida City Headquarters. A large public park and esplanade with a new city library form the center of the plan. This park will provide an interesting space for farmers markets, city-sponsored holiday events, and recreational use.

Arrayed around the park are new streets with broad sidewalks, parallel parking and commercial spaces. The new towers provide a diversity of uses including corporate offices, government offices, upscale apartments, market-rate housing, and a hotel. The various uses will combine to create an active new city center. This project was created as an Architectural Designer with Modis Architects.
