Aaron DeMayo to Speak on “Young Leaders, Big Impact” Panel at the 2026 ULI Fall Meeting

Miami is growing fast, and one of its many challenges is adding the density and attainability the city needs while still making room for open space and nature. That balance shapes our approach to housing design at Future Vision Studios, and it’s a big part of the perspective I’ll bring as a speaker at the 2026 ULI Fall Meeting in Miami Beach.
Cost is at the center of that conversation right now. Rising construction costs, growing infrastructure needs, and tighter capital are all landing on the land use sector at once, so every project has to work harder. Our zoning and feasibility studies have taken us across a wide range of lot sizes and zoning transects, so we can tell early which sites are worth pursuing and help clients steer clear of the ones that won’t pencil. Being honest about that up front is good business for everyone. When a site does work, we know how to get the most out of it, designing buildings that are efficient to construct, with carefully planned unit layouts that give residents more for their money. The efficiency also creates room for public benefit: better streets, meaningful tree canopy, and open space where people can gather.
On Tuesday, October 27, I’ll join Cory Yeffet, Principal at Integra Investments, and Rachael Price, Development Manager at DiGeronimo Companies, for “Young Leaders, Big Impact: Shaping Real Estate’s Next Chapter.” We cover development, design, and capital markets. We’ll talk candidly about the opportunities, challenges, and leadership lessons facing the next generation of industry leaders, from navigating today’s market to building credibility early in a career.
The session is presented in partnership with ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean, the district council that named me its 2025 Young Leader of the Year. I started attending ULI events more than a decade ago, and it has brought me close friends, colleagues, and new clients. Speaking at a Fall Meeting in my hometown makes this one especially meaningful.
