SE 9th Street & Miami Avenue Mobility Enhancements 

​The City of Miami desires to update SE 9th Street to a one-way street westward to align with the existing one-way street west of South Miami Avenue due to the area's significant density and pedestrian activity, identified in Resolution 13679. Making this section a one-way street and updating the adjacent intersections and streets will have many benefits based on preliminary analysis, including enhanced pedestrian safety with shorter crosswalks and fewer conflicts with vehicles, completing the missing bicycle network, reducing congestion by creating additional on-street loading zones, and moving more vehicles by updating the intersection design.
