Future Vision Studios' Aaron DeMayo Named ULI 2025 Young Leader of the Year

A Vision for the Future: Acknowledging a Journey of Collaboration

We are proud to share that our founder, Aaron DeMayo, has been named the 2025 Young Leader of the Year by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast Florida/Caribbean District Council. This award recognizes emerging leaders who are shaping the future of our region through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to building stronger communities.

For Aaron, this recognition reflects over a decade of work at the intersection of design, development, and public policy. Through Future Vision Studios, he has led projects and initiatives that advance walkable, resilient, enjoyable, and economically productive cities.

Beyond FVS, Aaron plays an active role in civic and professional organizations, currently serving as Chair of the City of Miami Climate Resilience Committee, leading the Underline Advocacy Committee, and contributing to the AIA Miami Resilience and Adaptation Committee and the AIA Florida Resilience Committee. His involvement with the ULI Young Leaders Group has also helped foster the next generation of professionals dedicated to shaping South Florida’s future.
